There are few things more frightening or potentially life-changing than having to face a DUI charge. I know the panic, the fear and the confusion that comes from this can be absolutely overwhelming. These fears are not uncommon, and I have been dealing with these emotions for nearly 20 years, representing those accused of impaired driving in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland and all throughout the Puget Sound region. No one sets out with the intent to drive impaired. Certainly no one ever intends for someone to be injured from a lapse in judgment, but bad things can happen to good people.

The devastating consequences of a DUI or felony DUI conviction, or even just an accusation, can have far-reaching impacts to your life on both a personal and professional level. VEHICULAR ASSAULT

If you were the driver of a vehicle and your reckless or impaired driving caused an accident resulting in substantial bodily harm to another person, you can be charged with vehicular assault. Vehicular Assault is a Class B Felony.

VEHICULAR HOMICIDE

If you were the driver of a vehicle and your reckless or impaired driving caused the death of another person, you can be charged with vehicular homicide. Vehicular Assault is a Class A Felony.

FELONY HIT & RUN

If you have been involved in a collision, where someone was seriously injured, and you failed to remain at the scene, you can be charged with Felony Hit and Run. Felony Hit and Run is a Class C Felony.

HIT & RUN DEATH

If you have been involved in a collision, where someone was killed, and you failed to remain at the scene, you can be charged with Hit and Run Death. Hit and Run Death is a Class B Felony.

DUI DEFENSE

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs has mandatory jail time and license suspensions. Driving Under the Influence is a Gross Misdemeanor.

FELONY DUI

If you have been convicted of a DUI on three prior occasions, and are now facing your 4th DUI, you may be charged with Felony DUI. Felony DUI is a Class B Felony.
